Flexible augers
The flexible augers are consistent with mostly of conveying systems. They lead in the terminal part of the fiberglass silo cone, usually by connecting a specific unloading section. These are conveying systems whose specifications are to design bends and cover long distances to convey animal feed directly to the barn as well.

Product details
Head
We propose heads made with Stainless steel AISI -304, or galvanized heads.
They are equipped with:
- one electric three-phase engine;
- a single gearbox;
- an anti-clogging device complete with discharge part in HDPE;
- a wired safety microswitch.
Flex Auger
Our flex auger represents the optimal solution to convey large feed quantities due to its utmost flexibility, torsion resistance and perfect distribution even by bends.
It is realized with steel an high level of carbon.
45° HDPE Curve
Our 45 ° curve guarantees perfect adaptability of feed conveying even by corners, allowing to overcome significant problems related to slopes.
Telescopic drop pipe
Telescopic drop pipe with hose clamps and adjustment chain for intermediate drop outlet.
Emerald discharge bottom parts
Our Emerald discharge bottom parts are equipped with one steel AISI-304 hopper with 1 exit and an adjustable slide. They have an heavy duty adaptor (with discharge outlet) with different inclinations: 0°-30° or 15°-45°. They are fixed to our fiberglass bottoms ø440. Otherwise they are fixed directly to our fiberglass outlets.
Galvanized bottom parts
Our Emerald discharge bottom parts are equipped with one steel AISI-304 hopper with 1 or 2 exits and an adjustable slide. They have an heavy duty adaptor (with discharge outlet) with different inclinations: 0°-30° or 15°-45°. They are fixed to our fiberglass bottoms ø440. Otherwise they are fixed directly to our fiberglass outlets.
Half-moon shape connection
Our galvanized connection “half-moon shape” with adjustable inclination are equipped with bearings, axle and expulsion slide.
Galvanized connection pipe
Our galvanized connection pipes are equipped with bearing and shaft. They are suitable for fiberglass bottom.
